02. What can be posted here? Picspams.
03. Why is posting moderated? To avoid spamming. We only like the 'pic' kind of spam here.
04. Can I promote my new community here? No. If it is in some way related to picspams you can, however, put a link to it at the end of a post with a picspam. No big banners and no over-sized text, though, please.
05. Will there be themes? Yes, if the community grows. :)
